Privacy Policy

Our full Privacy Policy is being finalized. Until it is published here, this is a plain summary of what PrimeReach does with data during the pilot.

• Account: your name, email and sign-in method, handled by our authentication provider (Clerk).
• Company profile: what you enter during onboarding (UEI, trades, certifications, value range, bonding, states), much of it from your public SAM.gov registration. We use it only to match and score opportunities for your organization; other organizations can’t see it.
• Your pipeline: stages, notes, score feedback and the subcontractors you add, visible only to your organization.
• AI analysis: we send public solicitation documents from SAM.gov to an AI provider to extract facts. Your company profile and pipeline are never part of that request.
• Service providers: hosting (Vercel), database (Neon), background jobs (Inngest), file storage (Cloudflare), email (Resend), error monitoring (Sentry), maps data (Google) and AI (OpenAI or Anthropic). We don’t sell your data.
• You can ask us to export or delete your organization’s data at any time.
