This Cookie Notice explains how Global Bridge360 LLC ("we," "us," "our") uses cookies and similar technologies on PrimeReach: our website https://primereach.app and our platform https://platform.primereach.app. It should be read together with our Privacy Policy.
WHAT ARE COOKIES?
Cookies are small data files placed on your computer or mobile device when you visit a website. Cookies set by the website owner (or by service providers acting for it) are called "first-party cookies." Cookies set by other companies are called "third-party cookies."
THE SHORT VERSION
We only use strictly necessary cookies: the ones that let you sign in and stay signed in. We do not use analytics, advertising, tracking, or social media cookies, we do not sell or share your data for targeted advertising.
Because these cookies are essential for the platform to work, they do not require your consent, and we do not show a cookie banner.
STRICTLY NECESSARY COOKIES WE USE
Sign-in is provided by Clerk, our authentication provider. Our sign-in service loads on both the website and the platform so we can tell whether you are signed in, so some of these cookies are set on your first visit, even before you sign in:

Clerk may add a short suffix to some of these names (for example __client_uat_xxxxxxxx) and may set short-lived cookies starting with __clerk while a sign-in redirect is completing.
THIRD-PARTY PAGES
Some steps take you to pages run by other companies, which set their own cookies under their own policies:
- Google sign-in (accounts.google.com), if you choose to sign in with Google. See the Google cookie policy.
- Stripe Checkout and the Stripe customer portal (checkout.stripe.com, billing.stripe.com), where you enter your card and manage your subscription. Stripe uses cookies to process payments and prevent fraud. See the Stripe cookie policy.
Business details from Google Maps are fetched by our servers, so Google Maps sets no cookies on our pages.
HOW CAN YOU CONTROL COOKIES?
You can set your browser to refuse or delete cookies. Most browsers explain how in their help pages. If you block the strictly necessary cookies above, you can still read our public website, but you will not be able to sign in to the platform.
DO-NOT-TRACK AND GLOBAL PRIVACY CONTROL
We do not track you across websites and do not use cookies for targeted advertising, so there is nothing for a Do-Not-Track or Global Privacy Control signal to turn off.
CHANGES TO THIS NOTICE
We will update this notice if the cookies we use change, and change the "Last updated" date above. If we ever add cookies that are not strictly necessary, such as analytics, we will ask for your consent where the law requires it before setting them.
